The backing made of 1000-denier Cordura nylon, which is characterised by high strength and lightness, is twisted with polyester, known as X-Ply, and arranged in a diagonal direction (diagonally to the fabric) to create a woven fabric. By laminating (crimping) a very thin pet film of polyester material using a patented manufacturing process, the fabric is sealed and the penetration of water such as rain and sweat is prevented. This material is both durable and waterproof.
