How Do I Return Items?
Please send your item back in a save package. Do not damage the shoe box or we might have to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund. We advise that you send the items with a trackable service and double boxed back to:
What Is Non-Refundable?
- Items that were worn
- Items that were delivered more than 14 days ago
- Original shipping charges (except for Germany). If there was an error on our side, we do refund the original charges.
- Return shipping charges for returns outside of Germany (except for errors on our side).
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund to via the initial payment method chosen by you within 10-14 days after arrival of your return in our warehouse.
Returns can be made only if the product is in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong color or size was sent, or error on our part. Please use therefore the supplied returns form which came with your order. We will pay for the shipment back to us and if a replacement of the item is possible, back to you again. If you don't like the product and/or it doesn't fit and you want so send it back, please use for this also the supplied returns form which came with your order. In this case you have to pay shipping back to us and we won't refund you the shipping costs. If the shoe box or packaging which belongs to the product or if the product is damaged or worn we can deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
