What Is Non-Refundable?

  • Items that were worn
  • Items that were delivered more than 14 days ago
  • Original shipping charges (except for Germany). If there was an error on our side, we do refund the original charges.
  • Return shipping charges for returns outside of Germany (except for errors on our side).

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund to via the initial payment method chosen by you within 3-5 working days after arrival of your return in our warehouse.

The Fineprint

Returns can be made only if the product is in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong color or size was sent, or error on our part. Please use therefore the supplied returns form which came with your order. We will pay for the shipment back to us and if a replacement of the item is possible, back to you again. If you don't like the product and/or it doesn't fit and you want so send it back, please use for this also the supplied returns form which came with your order. In this case you have to pay shipping back to us and we won't refund you the shipping costs.
