How Can I Pay?


We offer payments via Paypal and all major Credit Cards for international customers. Depending on your location, we also offer payment via Sofort Überweisung and Billpay Rechnungskauf.

You can always check your order status in your Account. Of course you can always contact us about the status of your order via E-Mail.

Can I Make Changes After My Order?


Unfortunately, once you ordered from us we cannot make any changes to it or cancel the order to ensure a quick fulfillment of orders. We ask you for your understanding.

How Long Until My Order Ships?


Your order will most likely be processed within 24 hours. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and on German bank holidays. Shipping time depends on your destination. Please find exact timeframes below.

Sometimes your tracking e-mail gets lost in the spam folder. If you do not find the tracking number in your spam, please contact us and we are happy to send it to you.

My Tracking Code Does Not Work


Tracking codes may take up to 24 hours after we shipped the item to work. If it is passed this time frame, please contact us to find out what is going on.

Can I Return My?


You may return your order within 14 days of delivery to you. At this point we do not offer free returns internationally. Please ensure you use a trackable carrier and double box your order. Send the return to:
