We offer payments via Paypal and all major Credit Cards for international customers. Depending on your location, we also offer payment via Sofort Überweisung and Billpay Rechnungskauf.
Unfortunately once you ordered from us we cannot make any changes to it or cancel the order to ensure a quick fulfillment of orders. We ask you for your understanding.
Your order will most likely be processed within 24 hours. Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and on German bank holidays. Shipping time depends on your destination. Please find exact timeframes here.
Sometimes your tracking e-mail gets lost in the spam folder. If you do not find the tracking number in your spam, please contact us and we are happy to send it to you.
Tracking codes may take up to 24 hours after we shipped the item to work. If it is passed this time frame, please contact us to find out what is going on.
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery to you. At this point we do not offer free returns internationally. If we made a mistake we will cover shipping cost for a standard shipping service. Please ensure you use a trackable standard carrier and double box your order. Send the return to:
