COVID-19 Information

We have always been focused on putting the consumer and our employees first. Today, we are challenged by the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus and the impact of it throughout the world. In these unknown times, we are committed to the safety and wellbeing of each and every one around us. We must come together as one.

To help achieve that, we have sent all staff where possible into home-office. Our warehouse will remain open as long as possible. Obviously, we are taking measurements to ensure our staff as well as your orders are safe and healthy. This includes more frequent and stronger cleaning in all of our facilities, regular handwashing, no face touching and minimal contact.

Please note that due to the limit in infrastructure in many countries, orders may be delayed in their processing time – either caused by our new internal safety measures or the delivery carrier (DHL, UPS or FedEx). The same goes for returns and refunds. Our whole team works hard to make sure each and every customer is served as usual, however, we hope you can accept minor delays.

To help fight the outspread, we have closed our store in Hamburg. All customers from Hamburg may order without shipping cost during this time for a home delivery.

Our customer service will respond as usual to all e-mails and Facebook messages. However, due to home office, our phone lines might be harder to reach than usual.
